Warning sign (turning sign) for Spain and Italy. 

In both Spain and Italy, vehicles with an overhang must have special warning signs at the rear to draw the attention of following traffic to the potential source of danger. This regulation is particularly relevant for holidaymakers with campers or cars that have a bicycle rack at the rear. Without an appropriate warning sign, fines may be imposed.
The regulations of Spain and Italy both require a warning sign with the minimum dimensions of 500 x 500 mm. The panels must be made of sheet metal and have a type approval. 
The Spanish warning sign consists of three white and three red stripes.
The Italian warning sign consists of four white and five red stripes.
