ALUCUTLINE nylon line

The ratioparts AluCut mowing line made from the best plastic raw material (nylon copolymers) is interspersed with aluminium particles. This labou-saving technology ensures:

Hybrid twisted AluCut nylon line

This line has cutting edge reinforcements made of very tough and wear-resistant plastic. As a result, the mowing line has a high resistance to impact, rubbing and abrasion, and is therefore particularly wear-resistant. With our AluCut variant, this effect is reinforced again. The copolymer plastic with aluminum powder used for our cutting lines is particularly shock and abrasion resistant.

Weed brushes


Whether a public company, service provider, trader or private user, environmentally friendly solutions for weed removal without chemicals are required for the maintenance of company properties, parking lots, courtyard entrances and paths. Weeds and grass are undesirable plants that spread quickly. They don’t just have to be removed for aesthetic reasons, as they can also cause severe damage to driveways and surfaces.  Weeds have a lot of power - if they are not removed regularly, they can even lift cobblestones or tear open road surfaces. Weed removal is therefore an essential and regular task when cleaning surfaces. The use of herbicides in accordance with Section 12 (2) of the Plant Protection Act, in which plants are sprayed and killed down to the roots, is generally prohibited on areas that are not used for agriculture, horticulture or forestry, as it causes a significant damage to the environment. An exemption for paved and compacted areas can only be granted under special circumstances and with proof of competence. Mechanical weed removal is the environmentally friendly method. It uses tools with special brushes that mechanically separate the plant from the root.

Brush cutter knife

We offer you a wide variety of options when it comes to choosing the right knife for your brush cutter. Countless shapes and designs can make you ask: Which device provides the optimal solution for my application? The answer is easy. Which bore diameter fits my brush cutter? The hole diameter of the knife corresponds to the holder of your brush cutter and the driver of your scythe determines the diameter of the hole of the suitable knife. Thicket mulching knives

Thicket mulching knives are used to mulch undergrowth and small bushes (thorn hedges). In addition to the properties of the thicket knives, the cuttings are mulched through the angled ends of the knife and thus serve as natural fertilizer.

Saw blades

Saw blades come in four different designs. The most robust version are carbide knives with 20 or 24 pointed teeth. The material thickness of these knives is significantly stronger than that of the saw blades with chisel or saw tooth and are therefore suitable for particularly demanding applications with high material requirements. Chisel tooth knives come in EIA and MAXI versions. Both versions are knives for clearing work that can be easily re-sharpened if necessary. The pointed-tooth knives close up the saw blades for brush cutters. With up to 80 teeth, they are suitable for applications where a fine cut is needed. All saw blades are suitable for cutting gnarled bushes, thin tree trunks and other sawing applications in forestry.
