Inner lining
GORE-TEX® Performance, waterproof and breathable. Highly abrasion-resistant lining with fleece interlining. Optimal climate comfort for all seasons.

Synthetic/fleece insole
Moisture-absorbing, dimensionally stable, torsion-resistant, reduces punctual pressure (e.g. from stones).

HAIX® Protective cap
Anatomically shaped and padded protective cap in wide design

Insole
Comfortable, cushioning and moisture-wicking. Separate heel cup provides good cushioning and foot guidance.

Sole
Sturdy and abrasion-resistant, slip-resistant VIBRAM rubber/PU sole with robust terrain tread. The PU cushioning wedge with its low weight provides shock absorption and good rolling comfort. The outsole is heat and fuel resistant and non-marking. According to EN ISO 20345:2011.

HAIX® Climate System
The HAIX® Climate System uses the pumping movement that occurs when walking and transports moisture to the ventilation openings on the upper and tongue.

GRIP+ spikes
Metal spikes to be screwed into the sole of the shoe provide additional grip and prevent slipping on branches and felled tree trunks.

Lacing system with easy-roll lacing elements, no side seams, edge-stable sole, rubber toe and heel protection for longer life, circumferential rubber edge strip for stabilisation - protection against stones, spikes, pull-on loop, etc.
